Level 0 (Self-Help)
Level 0 support allows users to find solutions on their own through self-service resources. As a user, one would be able to find several online tools that provide FAQs, knowledge bases, and tutorials to fix the most common issues that do not require any direct IT help. With this approach, usually resolution is quick and support ticket volume is low.

Level 1 (Help/Service Desk)
Level 1 Support is where users first come into contact with a human. Our support agents deal with basic IT issues related to password reset, software troubleshooting, etc. They guide and resolve the common problems quickly.

Level 2 (Technical)

Level 3 technical support is the most senior level in our technical escalations.
