The media house was facing a very complex IT issue with an overloaded SAP ECC system that was approaching the end of life. Too many customizations, along with a recent organizational restructure, had made the system rather inflexible and unable to support scaling. In addition, reporting was slow and inefficient due to the heavy nature of reports. All these aspects together hinder the ability of the organization to adapt to evolving business needs and optimize operations.
