Client Transformation Journey

Our client is an independent global jewelry retailer that was facing tough challenges in the human resources unit. The inconsistencies in HR processes across the organization impeded employee onboarding, development, and retention. There was no standardized performance appraisal system in place to appraise the contribution of the employees effectively. Besides, the non-availability of a robust audit system hampered the analysis of performance and monitoring of service quality.
ITG proceeded to undertake an end-to-end BPM consulting and process mapping engagement. We developed Standard Operating Procedures for the HR department, along with organization structuring and job profiling. Key Performance Indicators were mapped to allow for effective performance analysis. A standardized appraisal methodology was defined and implemented across the organization. The entire process of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit was streamlined. Managed a performance appraisal system for more than 1000 employees and regularly introduced mystery shopping to maintain excellence in service standards.
